Strategy for biopharma teams, built on evidence you can show.
Meulyn reads your documents and the published research, traces every claim to its source, and turns it into the competitive landscapes, access strategies and business cases your team takes into the room. For biotech, research institutions and the consultants who serve them.
Four teams, four versions of the truth.
Market access, regulatory, clinical and commercial all need to work from the same evidence and the same assumptions. In practice they don't. Each person has their own documents, their own sources and their own numbers. Keeping it aligned eats review meetings, version control and senior time, and nobody measures the cost because it's spread across everyone's week.
Then someone in a partner's diligence team, or on a grant panel, finds the inconsistency before you do.
The colleague who has read everything.
You give Meulyn your documents, published research and any data you're licensed to use. It builds a private knowledge base about your subject: a medicine, a therapy area, a research field. Every fact is traced to its source and graded for how much weight it can carry.
Ask it a question and it answers from what it has read, shows the evidence, and tells you where the gaps are. It remembers what the team decided, so the next question starts from what you already know, not from a blank page.
It finds the evidence and flags the problems. You decide.
What happens to a document.
You add a document. Meulyn works out what it is: meeting notes, a trial result, a competitor announcement, a board paper. It pulls out the claims, the decisions and the assumptions, grades each one for how much weight it can carry, and dates it, so the history of the programme builds itself.
Every claim is linked to the decisions and assumptions it affects, and the original is always one click away. When something new arrives that weakens a claim your plan depends on, Meulyn tells you, and tells you which documents are affected.
The documents you take into the room.
Competitive landscapes, market access strategies, valuations and business cases, forecasts, evidence plans and grant applications, as Word, PowerPoint and Excel files. Each one is built from the same knowledge base, so they agree with each other, and each claim in them carries its source and its grade.
When the evidence changes, the affected documents are updated rather than rebuilt. The deck and the data room cannot drift apart. You still sign the submission; Meulyn makes sure what you sign can be defended.
Who uses it.
Biotech teams preparing for investors and partners. Research groups writing grants and papers. Consultants and boutique advisers whose name goes on the work.
One knowledge base for a person or small team, a shared space for a programme or department, or a portfolio space across several programmes. Your knowledge base is private to you. It is never shared with other clients or used to train shared models.
